This page explains how to request deletion of your Nomarg account and the personal data associated with it, what is deleted, what we are legally required to keep, and for how long. It applies to the Nomarg mobile app (Android and iOS) and the nomarg.com website.
If you still have the Nomarg app installed, you can delete your account directly:
If you no longer have the app installed, or you cannot sign in, email us and we will delete your account and associated data on your behalf:
Please send your request from the contact you can verify, and include the phone number registered to your Nomarg account (and your display name, if you remember it) so we can locate the right account. We may ask you to confirm a one-time code sent to that phone number to verify the request before we delete anything.
We acknowledge deletion requests within 5 business days and complete verified requests within 30 days.
When you delete your account, we immediately deactivate it and anonymise your personal information (your phone number is replaced with an irreversible cryptographic hash, your display name is set to “deleted user”, and your profile photo is removed). The anonymised record is then permanently purged from our primary database within 30 days.

A small amount of data must be retained after deletion to meet legal obligations. It is not used for any other purpose and is purged once the obligation ends:

Payment card and bank details are never held by Nomarg — those are processed entirely by Google Play Billing.
